These Terms of Service apply when you visit nookstorage.co.uk or purchase products from NOOK. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

1. About NOOK

NOOK is an independent retailer of vehicle accessories. Our business and contact details are set out in our Legal Notice.

NOOK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Model 3 and Model Y are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. References to these names are used solely to describe product compatibility.

2. Products and compatibility

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, manufacturing changes or product updates.

Please check the stated vehicle model and year compatibility before ordering.

We may update product information or discontinue products where necessary.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted and is being processed.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or information supplied with the order appears incorrect.

If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the affected item.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in GBP. The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charge, will be shown before you complete checkout.

You must provide accurate and complete payment, billing and contact information when placing an order.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses as described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person you identify to take possession of them, subject to applicable consumer law.

6. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Any rights described in that policy are in addition to your statutory consumer rights where applicable.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer products to you, but purchases from this store are made with NOOK.
