Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your NOOK order. If you've changed your mind, we accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for returns

Items should be in their original condition and, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging and accessories.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email info@nookstorage.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • The item you would like to return
  • The reason for the return

Once your return has been approved, we'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Returns are free for UK customers.

NOOK will provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns made within the 30-day return period. You will not be charged for return postage. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund after it has been processed.

If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at info@nookstorage.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue. Where applicable, we will cover reasonable return costs or arrange an alternative resolution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method. We process refunds in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like a different product, the quickest method is to return your original order and place a new order once your return has been accepted.
